Well since most boats seem to spend about 50 weeks of the year safely tied up in the marina, and when they do venture out they don't go beyond the local patch, it is rather a waste of money to send a full nationwide non-updateable glossy stoppage list to every boatowner! Especially now that technology has given the capability to provide updated relevant information when and where it is needed. OK BW still need to work at the last bit... David Mack
