Certainly we do also look at crash reports that are automatically filed from end-user systems to determine the frequency of an issue. There may be only a few actual Radars tracking an issue, but if the crash-tracking system shows a large number of crash reports, then that will increase the priority of a fix. In this particular case, the fix for the crash opening the font panel is going into 10.12.2. -eric
