Ahh thanks for your credits at this point. I seriosly am very proud at this point that this honor comes special from you. :-)
We must always try to be humble, to understand and to forgive.
As Jos Ortega y Gasset beautifully said "yo soy yo y mi circumstancia" or, in english "I am I and my circumstances".
From one of your other recent postings to this list, it seems that your circumstances were at that time very adverse. In fact it seems that for a while you lived in a hell.
I am shure we come to reasonable results to push the project as it is now (call it toy ore tool - the result is the same) to an application. External analisises outside of the project say the same.
I am sure that you are aware that in my recent postings to the Care2x project I am playing a classic experiment of enterprise management:
What was that experiment that was conducted in a given organization (was it IBM?) in which, at a given time, people simply did not talk to each other?
One day someone just came in and opened the faucets, voluntarily flooding one of the highest floors.
The water started to drip to the heads of people in the lower floors and... presto! the people started to appear in the flooded floor to help to clean the water!
Probably, most of them were not motivated by altruistic reasons, as what they wanted was to solve their very own present problem, i.e., to stop the water that was dripping in their heads.
But the most important for that organization was that in the process many people talked to each other for the first time.
Even more important, from then on they learned to solve their problems cooperatively, talking with each other, instead of blindly trust the enterprise managers to solve all their problems...
I still consider that Care2x has a great potential to easy peoples life through the world, it is just that the project current leadership does not seem to be keeping up with the project faster pacing.
Best regards,
J. Antas
