Thanks Dr. Antas,

it give me the possibility to make a short note

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hierarchy as we work in hospital systems.

> But the most important for that organization was that in the process
> many people talked to each other for the first time.
> Even more important, from then on they learned to solve their problems
> cooperatively, talking with each other, instead of blindly trust the
> enterprise managers to solve all their problems...

Keep attention to the definitions of organization at wikipedia.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Organisation

Inside the Pyramids or Hierarchies you can find the Peter Principle.
As well the last sentence with a link:
An extremely rigid, in terms of responsibilities,
type of organization is exemplified by Fhrerprinzip.

Say it easy you look as a modern consultant to the word matrix.
"Matrices are the only known organizations that can consistently
create complex technical products like airplanes and engines."
And a hospital information system is such a comlex system too.

In extreme situations i personaly see the word "make a decision" as a
part of the "Fhrerprinzip". I suggest to delete such sentence inside
the care2x principles. I think instead of making decisions its a
better way to prepare a Matrix Organisation. If we have it realy the
wiki will run.

> I still consider that Care2x has a great potential to easy peoples life
> through the world, it is just that the project current leadership does
> not seem to be keeping up with the project faster pacing.
