You should not be using "hw_routes_roach2rev1.mat" if you have a rev2. You should be using "hw_routes.mat". I think there are two pin out errors in the file: hw_routes_roach2rev1.mat I am looking at the included tables for zdok1_p, and so far have found two errors. One pin is for a zdok0 pin, and another is out of order. I am not done with this yet. This is a "heads up." When I figure out what to do about this, I will post again.
