Beware that for a new Stack Exchange 2.0 site to be promoted from beta
to a public site it has to have lots and lots people asking and
answering questions there. The "proposal --> multiple steps --> public
site" process is very demanding, and I don't think we have enough
people around castle to fill the ranks they ask for (in the hundredths
for some badges and on the thousands for some others).

Just my understanding of the Stack Exchange blog,

Rafael "Monoman" Teixeira

"To be creative means to be in love with life. You can be creative
only if you love life enough that you want to enhance its beauty, you
want to bring a little more music to it, a little more poetry to it, a
little more dance to it."
