Tony Talk to the factory about a "trade-in". I went through the same thing a few years ago. Even though both units were dead, they offered a "trade-in" to keep the business. I couldn't buy anything anywhere else for the trade-in price they offered. I would suggest you replace both speed and depth (and transducer) at the same time.
