Definitely agree. I was talking to Howard the (former) RTP proctor when I did R&S and he said that not only do they reload, but you may end up with your configs loaded onto a completely different pod for grading, since exams are graded by proctors in a different timezone than they are given (RTP is graded from San Jose, San Jose is graded from Sydney, etc).
