Dear list, Is there a way in refmac to apply NCS restraints via restraining only the corresponding bond lengths and bond angles of NCS related molecules closely similar (the way SHELXL does it with the keyword NCSY). My problem is that I do not see the same improvment (virtual increase of resolution) in the map quality in refmac as I see in SHELXL after applying NCS restraints.
