I disagree - although not surprising at this resolution, this gap in Rfactors 
is almost certainly a sign of overfitting. If I were to referee a manuscript 
with this sort of statistics I would encourage the authors to reconsider the 
parametrisation - either by tightening the NCS, if there is any, or by 
reducing the degrees of freedom for the description of the thermal motion 
(i.e. use TLS, or one-B-shift per residue) or simply tightening the geometry.
