Four days later when the new ones appeared, I realized I was had. I didn't do anything about it until my wife, who was using it on a Cold Spring Harbor course, had it overheat, randomly shut down, etc despite the firmware updates that claim this isn't so. Prior to this I have had only good things to say about their hardware, so I guess it was my turn to get burned. I was pretty turned off by their "it must suck to be you" reply to my complaint.
