The real question is whether Huckabee evangelicals might somehow gain control of the Republican party in a post-Obama world. That is, the small government/fiscal conservatives may end up isolated, but moderate-government social conservatives might find a way to adapt.
Of course, this means the Libertarians would be left out in the cold, but since they all just want to be left alone that may not be a bad thing. :-P
