Good Peoples..

Pempho thank you for taking your time to air out some good ideas and
what we or I never knew about.

You email highlights a few things that i think need to be very well
understood otherwise i can see a big misconception:

1)Dissolution of CEZOBAL. i think you seem not have the background
reasons as to why CEZOBAL was dissolved and BASMAL executives stepped
in to help. i will be glad to explain to you why that happened.

2)Things being done by the same people or person. We WERE supposed to
be a transition from the old CEZOBAL to a newly elected CEZOBAL. We
WERE supposed to call for Elesctions to legitimise people you want to
run your league. We asked all of you to submit your EOI and we WERE
glad to see that ONLY MR B. MAFULEKA was interested to stand in the
Elections in the entire CEZOBAL family. Now that, we or I know that
munazisiya pa nthawi iyo. . Koma, muzisiya chifukwa chiyani pamene
zinthu zisanayambe? if you can manage to abscond Elections, then why
should you complain if the wrong people are in office? By the way, i
hope we all registered to vote in May 09 lest we also complain if that
man wins the presidency...

3)Rules changing and One Man Policy. Please make sure you download the
Oct 2008 FIBA rules and regulations of the game and then quote a rule
or a policy or an article that is NOT in there but we or I have
imposed on the League.

You raised such a concern (2) before and you even suggested that we
produce a monthly fixture instead of a weekly one which should have
responsibilities assigned, did you notice that September 08 fixture
was relased in advance {your voice being heard} and ONLY JACOB AND
DAUD were always present every week?? Same people i would say running
things. Kapena azisiye ndi iwowo awiriwo ulendo uno?

have you noticed how some people from your team are never at the games
and yet they are in the executive or are influential to the game of
basketball in Malawi? May be because basketball dont matter that much
to them like it does to some of us.

You suggestion on player nominations for Reff'n has been heard loud and clear.
this is true below..

BUT voices dont do jack bout the game, your time and resources should
be available and then we be a REALLY BIG TEAM, otherwise, it will it
be a very small minute team...

Thank you

Sule
