Trust me, complaining is only moderateley useful. It's not a coincidence
that more spam is sent on friday evenings through the weekend. Spammers know
they can open an account and use it through the weekend before it's shut
down on Monday. They fully understand the concept of throwaway accounts.
I've got more than 30 confirmed account kills this calendar year, it hasn't
made much of a difference. By the time the account is closed, the spammer
has moved to another account anyway.

On the other hand, complaining to an ISP about it will usually get the
account killed. I know its petty and they'll just get a new one, but if we
all do it then eventually it'll stop some of the spammers. I think blocking
dialup port 25 is a last resort, but one to be watched just in case.
