problem it would have to involve you doing business in another state, you
would have to agree with a competitor about pricing - not just discuss prices, 
preferably in secret (like not on a CF-list)

so I really think the feds don't give a rats behind if we discuss projects and pricing 
on the list so long as we don't agree to keep prices up together or if the business in 
our own state.
