Hehe .. probably not OSHA approved.
Unless the law has changed in VA, it's not illegal unless the blade is over
4" in length (Mine was 4"). The only advantage a butterfly knife has over
another knife is that it's easier to conceal since the blade is hidden
within the protection of it's own handle (kinda like a swtich-blade) which
makes it easier to carry without risk of self injury. Other than that, it
is a knife like any other.
No worries though .. I would never harm another living thing, unless that
bastard complained about the price of something more than once ;)
