Ditto. An educated person is less likely to be poor or commit a crime.
Education helps everyone, heck, it helps the _world_ be better place.
Plus the whole 'people with kids shouldnt get tax breaks' is just plain
wrong. Tax breaks exist to aid certain social/economic factors. For example,
giving a tax break to a company that reduces pollution is a good thing.
Giving a tax break to companies that help w/ community outreach is a good
thing. And of course, there are bad tax breaks as well.
So - as to giving tax breaks to people who have children, maybe I'm crazy,
but the last time I checked, children help keep our species alive. You see,
people are shareware. They tend to expire after 70-80 years. ;)
