Scratching post(s). And a squirt gun to shoot her every time she uses
something else. And keep her front nails trimmed with a pair of human
toenail clippers... gently squeeze her paw between your thumb and
forefinger of one hand to expose her claws, then trim almost, but not
quite, to the level of the visible pink blood vessels and nerves inside
the claw. It will be a painless procedure done right, and should be done
about every 2 weeks to keep them dull. If she squirms, get another human
to hold her by the scruff of the neck. Catch her when she's sleeping for
best results.

If the problem is severe enough to make you think about a front declaw
surgery, do it asap, before she's old enough to miss them. She'll get over
the surgery in about 3 days if < 16 wks old.

Catnip is an herb that about 50% of cats really dig. It's said to have
similar, though milder, effects as THC has on people. If she likes it, it
won't hurt her to give her some once a day or so. And it's fun to watch
cats groove on it. :)
