>>legal definition since you are an atheist or agnostic, right?
>>If not, a moral one? What is it?
Agnostic. Yeah, it's a moral one for me. I have no idea why I feel as
strongly about this as I do. It absolutely sickens me to think that someone
could do this to their child. The strange thing is, I dont really have an
opinion about what should happen to all of the kids that would be born if
abortions were prohibited. But that is really a moot point, because it's a
seperate issue I guess.
>>Because in the legal definition there is a distinction between life >>and
potential life, and it doesn't seem like a bad best guess to me.
Sure there is a legal definition and distinction in the books, but
personally, I think they are wrong.
>>I do think that since the anti-abortion people have the slogan that
>>"She's a child, not a choice" that the pro-choice tend to over-react a
>>bit to the term.
I loved seeing the bumper sticker that said "Yor momma was pro-choice
dawlin!!" while in New Orleans.
>>I dislike all the emotion that the anti-abortion guys throw around.
I fail to understand really Dana, how this cannot be an emotional issue. Of
course, I am also an emotional person, and inject emotion into everything. I
would lose big time if I were a lawyer, or doctor.I told my mother a long
time ago that if I ever found out she had one, that I would never forgive
her. She is a nurse and very pro-choice. This was a harsh thing to say to
her. I feel bad now that I said it, but I still feel that I could never look
at her as a mom if she had an abortion, especially after her devistation
over having a miscarriage.
