By this logic a woman with an iud is murdering, because it doesnt' prevent fertilization, just the egg from implanting.

What rights does a "baby" (I don't consider a 4 celled organism a baby,
but shortly after conception, this is what it is) have? Does it have
citizenship? Can I get a SSN number for it? This is such a gray area

This is really where the problem lies if the government is going to
legislate this. Whose beliefs become the dominate ones that are forced
onto others?
