Phillip, all I am saying is that I think if a person goes to a clinic, witch
doctor, or back alley hack and has their baby removed then it is murder to
me.  


All the other cases, to me fall into another category.

So you're saying that an accidental death is different from murder, but
only in the instances of when the child hasn't been born?

You can't "use" one aspect of the law (saying that abortion is murder)
and ignore another - if somebody accidentally dies somebody under the
care of another, it's manslaughter, and since the unborn fetus is "under
the care" of the mother, then that should be manslaughter as well

I don't see the difference if you're using murder for abortion
