What I responded to was your sentence that said "if somebody accidentally
dies somebody under the care of another, it's manslaughter"

What I was trying to do, apparently not very well, was point out that an
accidental death is an accidental death, not manslaughter.

I see on rereading your original that I misunderstood your intent, and you
were not in fact saying that.
