You missed the main point. There has to be an ILLEGAL act for it to be
manslaughter..as in my example of women who take illegal drugs during
pregnancy.
For example:
I hit a pedestrian because they stepped in front of my car: Accidental death
I hit a pedestrian because I was driving recklessly: Usually manslaughter
I hit a pedestrian because I was wanted to run them over: Murder
