here are some interesting things, since I see the number pattern
counting upwards to a date that has yet to occur.. the 15th of
September...

Uzbekistan is notably a bordering country to afghanastan... 1 year
anniversay of the state department listing them as terrorist state...

Islamic Movement of Uzbekistan to Be Designated Terrorist Group
State Department Spokesman Richard Boucher said September 15 that the
Department
intends "to designate the Islamic Movement of Uzbekistan as a Foreign
Terrorist Organization under U.S. law."

He said the formal designation will take place seven days after the
State Department
notifies Congress.

The designation will add the Islamic Movement of Uzbekistan to the
current list of 28 foreign terrorist organizations, Boucher noted.
Under the designation, it will be illegal for persons within U.S.
jurisdiction to provide funding or material support to the Islamic
Movement of Uzbekistan, and restrictions on granting visas and
accessing assets could also be implemented.
