Personally - I think your client is wrong - and if they rang up and
asked any decenet retailer if they were doing it right (using the same
SKU's) - the retailer would laugh at them ...

But that is my opinion and it's free of course. :D

As for the technical issue you outlined below - I've not enough brain
power to attempt to help - so I'll leave it to the brainiacs. :)
