The Splinter Cell thing isn't really a cheat. It just unlocks all the
levels. That's not what I'm talking about. I'm talking about CHEATS :)

The 'cheats' for Brute Force only work after you have completed the game
without using any cheats.

POP, again no cheats which affect gameplay that can help you complete
the game if stuck. These are cheats that give you the unlockables in the
game.

James Bond, similarly. These don't help you complete the game, you need
to unlock these 'cheats'. If you use the cheats in a mission, it
prevents you from getting any of the unlockables in that mission. Ergo
you need to complete the mission without using cheats.

So you've not proven that any of the titles which I mentioned have
cheats that would help someone complete the game if they are stuck
included in them. This is the problem I mentioned, since there are no
gameplay cheat devices available for the Xbox.

Being able to unlock all the levels, or see all the unlockable
production stills doesn't help me if I can't get past the mid level boss
on level 12 of 14.

Take Project Gotham Racing 2 for instance. You unlock cars and tracks by
playing the Single Player game. Therefore if I wish to play split screen
multiplyaer with my buddies we will probably NEVER be able to use all
the tracks, or have access to all the cars in the game unless we
complete every track in Single Player on at least Silver/Gold difficulty
to purchase the cars. So I've bought a game, but will never have access
to all the content of the game to play with my friends because I'm not
able to drive a serpentine course in under two minutes. In the case of
PGR2, being able to download a save with all the cars purchased would be
of help.

Please check gamefaqs.com first though. As you can see, I found cheats
for
about half of the games above.
