I have used both business and consumer tech support and quite frankly, the indian guys on the other end are fun, smart and funny. Not a problem for me, except once, via email where one insisted that Alaska wasnt' in the united states.

  I heard that Dell is moving back most of their call centers back to the US
  due to customer complaints.
