I have never worked at a company where my chain of command didn't include a high-level female exec.
I have never worked at a company where my group didn't include a programmer (or designer) who was black.
I have never worked at a company where my group didn't include a programmer (or designer) who was female.
I have never worked at a company where my group didn't include a programmer (or designer) who was born outside the US.
More than half of my career (both years and number of jobs) has been spent at companies that were minority owned (black, female, or both)
