No, usually not. On the other hand, it's not polite to take things out
on a person, so I threw in the caveat.
> I just like to promote healthy eating that's all

Wouldn't not eating kill us faster? :-)
Seriously, though, I try to eat reasonably within my budget and tastes.
I eat with my family a lot, which helps reduce costs and means that
buying perishables is much more reasonable. After all, it would take me
quite a while to eat a zucchini by myself. :-)
And I'm generally not as bad as most Americans, though I'm not as good
as I should be. I limit my fast-food intake, and try to pick things
that are less bad for me when I do eat drive-thru. I try to vary my
diet and give in to any cravings I might have for healthy foods (like
those odd days I really want OJ or peas or beef). I also try not to
give in to the cravings for Krispy Kremes.
The result? I'm not as healthy as I could be, but my cholesterol levels
are safe though high (lots of cholesterol, but an incredibly good
HDL/LDL ratio), my tryglicerides are at appropriate levels, and my blood
pressure is on the low side of healthy, though my heart rate's too high.
Really, more than anything, I need to gain weight. Unfortunately, that
seems to have more to do with my psychology than my diet.
