vulnerablility to only make it look like you were signing into Paypal, but
were really just giving up your username and password.

It is not PayPal that is at fault, it is the user that falls for Phisher
scams.
There are warning all over the place about them, but some still click on
unverified links and give up personal information like they think everyone
is
honest.
I have used PayPal for years, no problems at all, and love their service.
I do receive many Phishing emails asking me to verify one thing or another,
and
I never click on them, I just know better.
Just remember, for the future, no bank or PayPal ever ask for verification
or
personal information via email, and especially email that does not come from
their own mail servers. If ever in doubt, just contact them by telephone or
via
the legitimate web site.

Like an idiot I verified my Paypal account to make an ebay purchase, and
like I feared some pus-filled assclown logs in and jacks $1000 from my

My advice: Dont ever use paypal. As soon as this all clears up, I am

The only evidence I have of this guy is a hotmail email address, so I dont
know how far in tracking this weasel I am going to get.
