Just how they've locked down accounts of myself and others for pretty flimsy things. request you send them Drivers License, and copy of a utility bill you get them that. And then it takes 6 months for them to unlock your account. And the whole time its locked you don't get interest on your money and can't do anything with it. It might have taken me a full year to get it cleared up if i had not finally been able to get someone new to paypal. They were willing to help so they took a few days and got it sorted out for me. My friend wasn't so lucky the one who killed himself paypals still got 16,000 dollars of his locked up in an account if he was still here to spend it. His dad gave up trying to get it out of the paypal system.

nah paypal are semi-scum but they serve a purpose :> I figured
they would have gotten better since ebay bought them and no dice.

  sorry, but maybe?

not that you would hijack yourself or anything like that, but
  maybe a
    shady dealer you dealt with?

all of these people having no problems, and i neither...would
  kinda
point in the other direction, and not paypals?
