> > Uhh... > > What's wrong with suing them because you can't quit?
What correct about suing a company that provides a product that you have become addicted to? I guess if you can't read the warnings that have been on packs for years. And can't hear all the negative comments from every anti-smoking campaign that has also been around for years. And also havn't seen all the visual adds that have been around for years. > The company made it extremely extremely difficult to quit the product that > is killing you...without telling you that and while intentionally misleading you. Wow... you mean like sugar? or Caffeine? or Salt? > You think it's not fair to sue them? Nope... If you don't want to use the product, then don't! And don't give me the tripe about how hard it is to quit. I smoked for over 20 years and once I decided to, I gave it up 'Cold Turkey' and never looked back! That was over 10 years ago. > Another way to drive them out of business is of course to Continue suing > htem making it unprofitable to sell the stuff. > > Or to legalise Marijuana. I do agree we need to legalize Marijuana, but you realize that smoking pot is also very bad for you, pollutes your lungs, causes it's own problems, etc. How many years after it's legal will we be suing the companies that distribute Marijuana for killing us?
