Of course sueing is your perogative and your right. It's been a well known fact that smoking can cause cancer and other physical ailments. What is ridiculous is sueing under the guise that, "they made me do it" and now I want retribution because I can't quit.
Don't get me wrong, I don't condone what they do. I think it's VERY wrong. However, I think the best way to shut them down is for everyone to stop using their products.
