SC is like 40% Democrat.  That means almost half of the electoral votes may
go to a Dem.  I would love that. My vote would count. I like that Colorado
system.

Yes, and then all NY and CA votes won't automatically
go to the Dems. Most of NY is Republican but NYC's
high population always renders those votes useless.
