I agree as well. I was actually a big fan of Guiliani but lately he's seemed just completely unable to speak for himself. His defense of the administration has been taken to ridiculous extremes (anybody see him on "The Daily Show" after the first debate?)
I assume that this is because he's being groomed for a run in 2008, but it could be any number of reasons.
