I have lived in the tropics and have also liked in mid level climates and i don't see why people go so goo goo over nice weather. I mean sunlight is great and warm is nice but the lack of seasons is more depressing to me then missing out on sunlight. I never really appreciated a non-tropical area until it was gone.
