No they've only been here about 1.5-2 weeks. Tiff's friend got a waitressing job right away, so she's working, but hasn't been paid yet. No we haven't had service on the phones in a while... it's just that we had 2 phones -- Tiff's had a big sticker on it and mine was unmarked... so the unmarked one was in their bag, and he'd replaced the phone numbers in memory with his contacts. So the real issue is that it looks like he was stealing from us so we don't know if we can trust him. Tiff asked her friend and then the boyfriend about it and his answer was that he's just forgot to tell us he was borrowing the phone to store his contacts. Which of course _sounds_ like a crock answer you'd get from someone who was stealing your stuff...
