Ok it sounds like you are confirming my latest idea, except I think it would depend on what has been drawn would it not?
For example, 1st draw is in the subset of 10 so the next draw would be 9/19. The second draw is not in the subset so the next draw would be 9/18. The third draw again is in the subset so the next draw would be 8/17 and so on. But then how do you calculate the odds before any cards are drawn? Or am I looking at this wrong? I'm sure it has something to do with "information" what you know when. So at the beginning you have know knowledge of any cards to be drawn so you can't make any odds based on what may happen.
