I doubt you live in a third country... may be a second world.
Otherwise you would not have access to a computer.

As far a appreciation - you do what it takes to get the job done.
When the job is complete - then you re-examine the rules.

I don't wish civil liberties to be lost - but a lot of the problem we face
today, are because people take civil liberties to the extreme.

You protect your liberties - not by reducing the strength of those who
protect you.
But instead, by ensuring that those who protect you - have the ability to
protect you.

I do live in a third world country!

ROFLMAOPIP!

And what does appreciating the freedoms you have, got to do with
appreciating the freedoms that are being taken away or stamped upon in
the name of....what.."National Security" , which is incidentally what
myself and the previous posters were alluding to?

In my opinion, you need to live for a long duration in a 3rd world
country... maybe then, you would appreciate the freedoms we have in this
country.

Isn't this what I've been saying all along?

Ashcroft and his interest groups have been wanting to pass draconian
laws such as these for some time now.

September 11th gave them their excuse. You are most correct, to hell
with the rights of the American people, to hell with the Constitution.
Ashcroft thinks people in America had too much freedom to begin with,
remember?

I wonder when Lieberman will continue after the Entertainment Industry
and Computer Games?
