Agreed, but in terms of France and Germany, it was individuals
involved in the corruption not the government. But it still doesn't
answer the point, over 3/4th of the population in France and Germany
were against the invasion. Isn't a democracy supposed to follow the
wishes of the majority? Or does that just apply to the US?
