You didn't address my 2nd and 3rd points though:

2.) If we agree that discrimination is a problem, is AA the right
solution aimed at the right source of the problem?

3.) If discrimination is a problem why do we have another problem: too
many Mexicans working too hard at too many jobs in America?  (Note: I
have no problem with this, but many conservatives seem to)
