Your beard grows faster than mine. I'm still a little thin on the cheeks after 3 weeks.
anyway, my experience (the first time I grew it) was that if I shaved my neck early on, the hair on my face was longer than the hair on my neck. For some reason (my face/neck got used to the idea?) that made my neck itch less.
