What does "hand-dipped" mean? I've seen that before and wondered. Also, you're near custard country, right? Like Copps? I think the ColdStone is closer to the Copps (sp?) custard than old fashioned ice so I think I agree. It probably has to be creamier to allow the teenagers to fold the mixings into it.
