Why?   The dietary and health needs of committed partners must play as large
(if not a larger) role in a relationship than sexual needs.

Then so would general health and well-being issues, no?

It's also very likely that health issues would eliminate the possibility of
procreation or even of any sort of sex for many couples, shouldn't that make
them doubly inclusive within your standard?
