How is this sucking up to a bully? Canada signed a defense agreement. They 
are backing away from their signed word because of (as some see it), world 
opinion. I see no bully here. I see a country announcing that they do not 
intend to honor their word. How is the US bullying Canada?
As for SDI, don't always believe everything you see in the media. There's a 
LOT going on that the media will never see till its used and we all know 
where it'll be used first (just not when).
