OH YES. We have that same problem here going from Mac to PC. I am designing system t limit the number of fonts used either to true type or open type fonts depending on the OS of the server.
I had noth thought of using GhostScript to edit the EPS, but it should have that ability. I need to reserch this. Thanks.
