The Judicial branch rules on the constitutionality of the laws enacted by the government. This is completely different from enforcement. Once the laws are deemed constitutional by the JB, enforcement of those laws is now in the hands of the lower courts and the various law enforcement agencies.
We must be careful to separate the lower courts, which are NOT a branch of government, from the Supreme Court, which IS the Judicial Branch of the US Government. > The judicial branch is the enforcement arm of the government.
