Ah. Well, what I did was take a stroll one night with the laptop. The
signal went to 100% in front of the house where one of my daughter's
playmates lives. I was able to verify that the dad has a wireless
network and also incidentally that his family considers him real good
with computers :P Maybe I should tell him, come to think of it. He
runs a small busines and probably keeps his financial records on his
computer.

Now, if you don't have a laptop, I am not sure how you would go about
this besides going door-to-door, which depending on your neighborhood
might not be received very well. If their networks are cozying up to
yours though perhaps you could change their desktop? Change it to a
gigantic centered link to a wireless security tutorial? I dunno...
