How is it even humanly possible for a 5 yr old to do anything that would require police intervention? (Outside of getting their hands on a gun in which case the concern isn't so much the child's temper anyway.) Kids are kids. Sometimes kids throw fits - that's life. A competent, responsible adult is capable of dealing with the situation without involving the police. Police intervention in any situation involving a 5 yr old (and no gun) necessarily indicates adults who are either incompetent, irresponsible or (much less likely) have some ulterior motive. There may not be any conspiracy (personally I don't think it's very likely), but there certainly seemed to be a number of incompetent assholes involved. The only thing that I find odd with regard to the possibility of conspiracy is that they claim they only had the video camera in the classroom for some unrelated career-specific reasons for the teacher ... so... that being the case, why did they take the camera to the principal's office to record unrelated "disciplinary" events? I probably shouldn't be responding to this thread -- it makes me too angry and is liable to chew up too much time when I should be working.
