Yep get it all the time its really annoying...couldn;t for the life of
me tell you what I did to get it to go away though...Seems like it was
a combination of moving the window to the right spot closing it and
closing the parent... it is really annoying...right now I am dealing
with a weird bug that sometimes my IE window opens without a status
bar which blows since the only time I use IE is to see if there are JS
errors in IE which are displayed in the status bar :)  Oh you could
disable your second monitor and run Firefox then shut it down and
re-enable your second monitor again...that mgiht do the trick...
